Das Projekt BLU-Space (Blaupause U-Space) erprobt die Umsetzung eines sicheren und automatisierten Leitsystems für das Verkehrsmanagement von UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems). Dies geschieht EU-weit erstmalig unter realen Bedingungen und im städtischen, kontrollierten Luftraum. Das Hamburger Innovationsprojekt beteiligt aktiv alle systemrelevanten Akteure unter breiter Einbeziehung der Drone-Economy. Die entstehenden Blaupausen sollen wegweisend für die bundesweite Ausweisung von U-Space-Lufträumen sein.

Blueprint U-Space

The BLU-Space (Blueprint U-Space) project is piloting the implementation of a safe and automated traffic management system for UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems). For the first time in the EU, this is taking place under real conditions and in urban, controlled airspace. The Hamburg innovation project actively involves all system-relevant stakeholders with the broad participation of the drone economy. The resulting blueprints are intended to serve as a benchmark for the nationwide designation of U-Space airspace.
