About me
Sebastian Jura began his career with an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering and further training as a master electrician. He gained valuable experience in the energy supply industry, most recently in offshore wind energy in the North Sea. He discovered his passion for aviation through regular helicopter flights.
After two applications as a helicopter pilot with the German Armed Forces, he obtained his PPL and decided to join Platoon after passing the assessment. He is the first ab-initio pilot there to complete ATPL training and supports flight operations, training planning, recruitment, crew control and travel. He has also been a radiation protection officer since December.
