Eva-Louisa Hefler is a scientist at the German Aerospace Centre (DLR). At the Institute for the Protection of Terrestrial Infrastructures, she develops risk models to help better understand drone threats in a civilian context and defend against them in good time. With her head in technology and her heart in the air - as a mechanical engineer and enthusiastic UL pilot, she lives the combination of engineering thinking and aeronautical freedom.
