Elena Burger

Elena joined Jet Aviation in 2022 as an HR. In 2024 she moved into the position of Specialist Young Talents & Onboarding, where she is am responsible for talent acquisition of young talent, including apprentices and interns, education programs, school and university partnerships, and representing Jet Aviation at career fairs. She is also a vocational trainer for business administration apprentices. Prior to joining Jet Aviation, Elena worked as an HR generalist at a software company, where she built up experience across a wide range of HR specialties, including young talent acquisition and vocational training, and as a customer service representative for an airline. She holds a Masters in Business Administration & Foreign Trade and a Bachelors of Tourism & Travel Management, with a focus on aviation, from Hochschule Worms, Germany.
