Cate Brancart is the Director of European Safety and Sustainability Development at the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA). In this role, she collaborates closely with European institutions, industry stakeholders, and policymakers to advance general aviation’s role in a safer, more sustainable future. Cate is also an EASA and FAA-certified pilot, including a seaplane rating, reflecting her deep passion for aviation. Proud owner of a PA28R she flies around Europe, her expertise spans regulatory affairs, sustainability strategies, and industry advocacy, making her a key voice in shaping aviation policy across Europe
