About me

Starting with model flying in his childhood, Alexander Tummes has over 30 years of experience in manned aviation, including as a commercial pilot and flight instructor. Since the founding of Droniq in 2019, Alexander Tummes has been a part of the company, serving as Director of Aviation Consulting and Training. He and his team are responsible for providing expert consulting to clients and the training and certification of remote pilots. Under his leadership, Droniq obtained certification as an examination authority (DE.PStF.035) for remote pilots from the Federal Aviation Office (LBA). The issuance of a Light UAS Operator Certificate (LUC) by the LBA is expected shortly, with the necessary manuals created by Alexander Tummes and his team.
