Dismantling times
Aircraft exhibitors in the A-Halls and on the Static Display have the opportunity to bring their exhibition aircraft out of the exhibition grounds via Gate A and have them flown off from 17:00 at the earliest
Entering the Static Display and the A halls via Gate A is possible from 18:30 at the earliest. Obstructions and waiting times must be expected. Please follow the instructions of the security personnel on site.
Entering the grounds and the B halls is only possible taking into account the current traffic situation, as the exhibition aircraft must first be removed from the grounds. Dismantling work in the halls is possible directly after the end of the trade fair from 17.00 hrs.
From Sunday, April 13, 2025, continuous dismantling is possible until Tuesday, April 15, 2025, 20:00 hrs.
Please note that departure arrangements for exhibition aircraft must be clarified directly with Friedrichshafen Airport before AERO!
Early trade fair set-up
Early set-up is only possible in consultation with the project management and can be applied for via the OSC (subject to a fee).
