Technical orders such as electricity, carpet etc. can be placed in the AERO Friedrichshafen Online Service Centre (OSC).
Please note that all orders relating to your trade fair appearance must be placed by by 04 March 2025 at the latest, otherwise there is a risk of late fees and delays in set-up.

A visitor information system (BIS) is offered on behalf of Fairnamic GmbH. The data of all exhibiting companies are published in the online media. Online media are important marketing tools that make an enormous contribution to achieving your trade fair objectives. Many trade visitors continue to use them as a reference tool long after the trade fair.
Correct and complete data on all exhibitors is therefore particularly important. So don't forget to book your media entries online by 4 March 2025 at the latest. Please use the Online Service Centre (OSC) of Fairnamic GmbH.

No, during the set-up and dismantling days no exhibitor or parking passes are required to enter the exhibition grounds.
